I don't remember how I first found the Núñez de Prado Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but I am so glad I did. It has a wonderful flavor and is well-priced. If you want boring EVOO with no taste characteristics whatsoever, then look somewhere else. I use this for lots of Italian pasta dishes, or have it for bread dipping along with some Balsamic Vinegar. I also highly recommend the Early Harvest version of this oil for a slightly stronger olive flavor.

Ihave always followed my family's tradition and only used oil from Italy. Well, Spain now has a convert. This oil is fruity, flavorful and a wonderful addition to my meal preparation. I will be purchasing this again.

I adore this olive oil. It is more expensive than some other olive oils but it's much better and so flavorful. Wonderful in place of butter on bread or in cooking. You can really tell a difference.

We pour a small amount into a bowl, then add a dash of salt and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. It makes a wonderful dip for bread. Also excellent drizzled over navy beans. This is how my grandpa served it: Take a slice of French bread and place in the bottom of a bowl. Scoop hot navy beans over. Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil over the top. Then dust with fresh ground pepper and a salt to taste.

This olive oil is mild and tastes great when used for salad dressings, cooking, and baking. I have been spoiled and can't use other olive oils since I started using this organic extra virgin olive oil. It is a great product.

I have tried many types and brands of olive oil. Some are bitter, some are too thick, some don't have any flavor. The Nunez de Prada extra virgin olive oil is the best I have used. It is light enought to use on a salad and it doesn't destroy the greens. It has a lovely flavor and texture. I can cook on low and medium heat with it and it adds a sweet and fresh flavor to my meal. I certainly know why this oil has won so many awards. The only olive oil that will be in my cupboard will be Nunez de Prado extra virgin olive oil. Thank you DHC!
