Comments:

This olive oil is mild and tastes great when used for salad dressings, cooking, and baking. I have been spoiled and can't use other olive oils since I started using this organic extra virgin olive oil. It is a great product.

Comments:

My family will no longer eat dressings off of the store shelves anymore. I make so many different dressings with this oil, different flavored vinegars, such as Balsamic, garlic, and a bit of thyme and 1 tsp stone ground mustard, salt and pepper to taste blend and yum!

We pour a small amount into a bowl, then add a dash of salt and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. It makes a wonderful dip for bread. Also excellent drizzled over navy beans. This is how my grandpa served it: Take a slice of French bread and place in the bottom of a bowl. Scoop hot navy beans over. Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil over the top. Then dust with fresh ground pepper and a salt to taste.
