I use this on my acne prone skin, especially in the chin area, this works as a great spot treatment and dries them up in a couple of days. It only takes a small amount to be effective. I find that if it is used for a wider area of coverage it can be quite drying.

I am in the menopause and sometimes get blemishes that last for days and leave scars. I got this product as a sample and it works better than other things I have tried. It takes a few days for the blemishes to dry up but if I start using it right away they go away without scarring. It does have sulfur in it so I wouldn't use it if I was allergic to sulfur. Otherwise this is a great product and worth the cost.

At the first sight of a breakout, I apply this cream and the next day, it's not red or infected. Best when applied before sleeping for a less noticable breakout the next morning!
