Comments:

These make a great alternative to traditional ramen and are better for you. They are just as easy and quick to prepare as traditional ramen, but are more flavorful. I like to add a few vegetables and some egg or other protein to the noodles for a satisfying quick meal. One pack makes at least two meals for me. I haven't found these in any local store, so really appreciate DHC offering them to their customers.

Comments:

When I opened the package of these noodles, there was a destinctive plant smell, but the favor when cooked was very mild. I tried the recipe I had seen in the DHC catalog/magazine, which was quite good. I like the fact that there are 2 dry noodle blocks in each package, for individual servings. But since I can purchase other types of Asian noodles for less, I probably won't buy these very often.

This is a good base for a stir fry meat and vegetable or Tofu and vegetable topping. It has more protein that most noodles.
