Comments:

I like this cereal very much. But be prepared to CHEW a lot! The dried coconut slivers make it very chewy, but once I got used to that it wasn't a problem. The coconut adds a lot of flavor and fiber. I like it best with hot milk. Be sure to stir it for awhile and/or let it set a couple of minutes before consuming, to allow it to thicken and the oats to soften.
